Our normal usage of these words can get us into trouble in the legal system. The following definitions are typical:

people - (plural) any group of human beings (men or women or children) collectively; “old people”; “there were at least 200 people in the audience.”

self - a person considered as a unique individual; “one’s own self.”

Question: what is one singular real live “people” called? Answer: A man or a woman. Read more. A real man or woman must consent to play a role, to act, in a particular legal system. Legal persons and individuals are entities, i.e., ACTORS. A legal person is like a doll that you play with and dress up as a judge, or a banker, or a citizen. It’s not a real man or woman!

Where do Americans live? In the movie, “Identity,” Dr. Rivers tells Malcolm, “You don’t live anywhere.” Read more. Are you “living” in a file cabinet at 55 Water Street? Who are you? How do you know you are even alive? Are you dead? Are you living in an orphanage?

Let’s look at this graphic, starting with the real baby born on the land. God is the Grantor of man’s unalienable Rights. God, as Creator/Settlor, holds legal title to the real man, who is the Beneficiary and holds equitable title to his body, his life, his land, etc.

The real man has a Title and protected Rights in the Republican form of Government. He acts like a Natural Person. The Elite establish and allow the Republic in order to protect the real man’s rights that they intend to steal! They feed us, clothe us, etc., just like The Matrix fed and coddled the unconscious Neo in the movie.  Of course, we are allowed to use our “exemption” for these purposes. The Elite have to keep us alive so that they can enjoy torturing us, like in Quentin Tarantino’s movie, Hostel!

Like a virus injects its “code” into the living cell, the Debtor corporation, the United States, injects its legal “code” into the real man’s mind and persuades him to act as the Artificial Person; to perform the roles of Principal, Surety, and Obligee in the Corporate Democracy; and to replicate the code and spread the corporate propaganda via licenses, permits, etc.

According to this article Ben Bernanke and the Wisdom of Parasites, as an adult, Ampulex compressa seems like your normal wasp, buzzing about and mating. “But things get weird when it’s time for a female to lay an egg. She finds a cockroach to make her egg’s host, and proceeds to deliver two precise stings. The first she delivers to the roach’s mid-section, causing its front legs buckle. The brief paralysis caused by the first sting gives the wasp the luxury of time to deliver a more precise sting to the head.

“The wasp slips her stinger through the roach’s exoskeleton and directly into its brain. She apparently use ssensors along the sides of the stinger to guide it through the brain, a bit like a surgeon snaking his way to an appendix with a laparoscope. She continues to probe the roach’s brain until she reaches one particular spot that appears to control the escape reflex. She injects a second venom that influences these neurons in such a way that the escape reflex disappears.

From the outside, the effect is surreal. The wasp does not paralyze the cockroach. In fact, the roach is able to lift up its front legs again and walk. But now it cannot move of its own accord. The wasp takes hold of one of the roach’s antennae and leads it–in the words of Israeli scientists who study Ampulex–like a dog on a leash.

The zombie roach crawls where its master leads, which turns out to be the wasp’s burrow. The roach creeps obediently into the burrow and sits there quietly, while the wasp plugs up the burrow with pebbles. Now the wasp turns to the roach once more and lays an egg on its underside. The roach does not resist. The egg hatches, and the larva chews a hole in the side of the roach. In it goes.

The larva grows inside the roach, devouring the organs of its host, for about eight days. It is then ready to weave itself a cocoon–which it makes within the roach as well. After four more weeks, the wasp grows to an adult. It breaks out of its cocoon, and out of the roach as well. Seeing a full-grown wasp crawl out of a roach suddenly makes those Alien movies look pretty derivative.”

In reality, the real man, operating as the Natural Person, has the right to operate in Private International Law as the “Grantor,” of rights (actually, Executor, since the Artificial Strawman entity is DEAD!) and Secured Party Creditor for the Artificial Person.

How can the people do this? The real man can eat right and “work out his salvation” in order to develop his sovereign immunity to this deadly invading virus. Study…..and study some more. And practice. Check out Genesis 8:21.

The Corporate Democracy, via corrupt judges and attorneys, utilizes Administrative Law, a complicated mix of Probate, Admiralty, Maritime, and Statutory Law.

The real man, who has been dumbed down by the PUBLIC school system to conduct himself as PUBLIC salvageable property, is persuaded by judges and attorneys to animate the dead entity, the Artificial Person, the “Strawman,” to pass his or her Trust Res/Collateral (babies, houses, cars, etc., ) to the IMF, World Bank, and other alleged U.S. creditors. Do some research at the Colorado Bar Association on Trusts. However, with the UCC-1 filing, A4V, (re-titling) of the Birth Certificate, the Natural Person can become the Secured Party Creditor and Holder in Due Course, thus re-gaining the right to administer his own Estate…..the “land of his Soul.” Read this, Federal Reporter Vol. 4.

Because the ascendant is specific to a particular time and place, to astrologers it signifies the individual environment and conditioning that a person receives during their upbringing, and also the circumstances of their childhood. The Beast is Heathen Government

The statue of the beast is the great golden statue the beast erects to wickedness.

The Book of Revelation shows us that the appearance of the Beast will revolve around an unholy statue. The Man of Evil, it says, will erect a statue to honor the beast with the mortal wound which healed. That beast is heathen government.

He will be able to breathe life into the statue and make it speak. (Rev.13:14-16).

The history of this golden statue has its beginning with King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon who erected a golden statue in his empire and issued a proclamation which was read to all the people concerning it :

“Men of all peoples, nations, languages! This is required of you: the moment you hear the sound of horn, pipe, lyre, trigon, harp, bagpipe, or any other instrument, you must prostrate yourselves and worship the gold statue erected by king Nebuchadnezzar. Those who do not prostrate themselves and worship shall immediately be thrown into the burning fiery furnace.” (Dan.3:4-7). Read more.

The Image “to” the Beast

Have you ever looked at your State’s statutes? They are copyrighted and private! The U.S. is a defacto privately owned corporation that has franchised into the States and Municipalities and invaded the American Republic. What business is it in? Extorting we, the people, supposedly by our consent. The current tab per/person is $135,000.  Did you consent to pay so that Wall Street banksters could walk away with millions?

State…Statute…Statue? What is an image? The Greek word is eikon is used for statues and other forms of images of something else (Latin, imago; Greek, eikon; Hebrew, tselem or demut). Context must be used to determine which form it is. “Statue” fits the grammatical and historic context best here and several translations render or footnote it as such (Amp, GW, HCSB, NJB, and NLT).

Imago: A term used to differentiate the objective reality of a person or a thing from the subjective perception of its importance. The image we form of a human object is, to a very large extent, subjectively conditioned. In practical psychology, therefore, we would do well to make a rigorous distinction between the image or imago of a man and his real existence. Read more.

What could be more GRAVEN than a DEAD PERSON, a statue upon which the state works its MAGIC statutes to recover men and women as salvageable property?

^“And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.” Rev. 13:14.

In 1 Corinthians 11:7 man is called “the image and glory of God.” This ideal is realized fully in the Son of man (Psalm 8:4-5). Man is both the “image” (Greek eikon, Hebrew tzelem), and made in the “likeness” (Greek homoiosis, Hebrew demuth) of God (James 3:9). “Image” (eikon) alone is applied to the Son of God (Colossians 1:15); compare Hebrews 1:3, “the express image of His person.”

Eikon, “image,” presupposes a prototype, as the monarch is the prototype and his head is on the coin. Check out Render Unto Caesar: A Most Misunderstood Passage. In summary, a statutory “person” is an “image” of a real “people.” Moreover, a “person” is a legal fiction and a corporation, defined in the state’s statutes.

The Mark “of” the Beast

The Westminster Confession of Faith says “it is a sin to refuse an oath touching any thing that is good and just, being imposed by lawful authority.” Read more.

First use of the word “mark” in scripture comes in Genesis 4:15. God is talking to Cain about his having slain his brother, Abel:

And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

Transliterated, the Hebrew word for mark (H226, אוֺת) is: ‘owth, a feminine noun. It sounds precisely like the English word “oath”. It is used exactly 77 times in the Hebrew scriptures.

Strong’s defines ‘owth as a: “sign, signal, distinguishing mark, banner, remembrance, miraculous sign, omen, warning, token, ensign [or] standard [i.e., flags], miracle [or] proof”, while Gensenius’ Lexicon adds that it is:

“a military ensign… a sign of something future, a portent… the sign of anything which cannot itself be seen…”

The Bible has numerous provisions regarding our oath-taking.

The most obvious is the Third Commandment, “Thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord thy God in vain.” “Taking the Lord’s Name” means making an oath. The commandment is not that it should never be done, but that it not be done in vain, or falsely. In fact, God wants us to take His Name. It’s a way of praising Him:

Deuteronomy 6:13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve Him, and shalt swear by His Name.

Deuteronomy 10:20 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; Him shalt thou serve, and to Him shalt thou cleave, and swear by His Name.

Whose Image?

Many feel that the Beast is the worldwide governmental system in bed with the banksters – IMF, World Bank, BIS.  Thus, people make an image to the US Corporation when they provide their picture, thumbprint, etc. in order to obtain a driver’s license, passport, credit cards, etc.  In exchange, they receive a “mark.”

According to Wikipedia, the “mark” never appeared as a coin, but was only used as a unit of account.

A standard unit of account allows meaningful interpretation of prices, costs, and profits, so that an entity can monitor its own performance and its shareholders can make sense of its past performance and have an idea of its future profitability. In modern economies, money in the form of currency usually serves the role of the standard unit of account.

The relevant question becomes, is the mark, or unit of account, being used by the man or woman who bears it as an “oath” to Government?

In my opinion, the mere fact of having fiat money, credit and identification cards is not the problem. The problem comes when people agree to be treated as persons=fictions rather than as real people. That’s when they have made a decision to serve the Beast rather than the Creator. When people do not distinguish themselves from the fictional entity.

Jesus commented that you can’t serve God and Mammon (money) at the same time. Both exist at the same time, but you can’t serve them BOTH at the same time.

“After seeing the coin, Jesus then poses a counter-question, “Whose image and inscription is this?” It is again noteworthy that this counter-question and its answer are not necessary to answer the original question of whether it is licit to pay tribute to Caesar. That Jesus asks the counter-question suggests that it and its answer are significant.” Read more.

Just like in a game of chess or Monopoly, the player pushes a token on a board game. The player, created by God, is obedient to God’s higher law and has authority OVER the token, which is created by Government. Whether we choose to consent to “be” the token, subject to Government, or to “be” the player, subject to God, is a matter of our free will.

Sacrifice to Molech

Hmmm….human sacrifice. Molech was represented as a huge bronze statue with the head of a bull. The statue was hollow, and inside there burned a fire which colored the Molech a glowing red. Children were placed on the hands of the statue.

In fact, we HAVE a U.S. Citizen, which is a corporation, a government-created franchise, of the larger corporation dba the govt. of the U.S. of A.

There are two separate jurisdictions, one for people and one for PERSONS.

Our ruling Elite have tricked us into “being” PERSONS, on forms like the IRS Form w9, for example. When you agree to “be” a U.S. Citizen, you give consent to the jurisdiction of the corporation. You allow them to control you. The elite seek to merge the real man or woman with the PERSON. This is where the fraud being perpetrated upon the American people begins. Just like with the ritualistic 9/11 event, which skips 10=God, the Elite skip over the real man or woman altogether as if he or she doesn’t even exist!

The word “person” in legal terminology is perceived as a general word which normally includes in its scope a variety of entities other than human beings. See e. g. 1 U. S. C. sec 1. Church of Scientology v. U. S. Dept. of Justice (1979) 612 F. 2d 417, 425.

One of the very first of your STATE statutes will have a section listed entitled “Definitions.” Carefully study this section of the statutes and you will find a portion that reads similar to this excerpt.

In construing these statutes and each and every word, phrase, or part hereof, where the context will permit:

(1) The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

(2) Gender-specific language includes the other gender and neuter.

(3) The word “person” includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, eSTATEs, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations.

NOTE HOWEVER, THE DEFINITIONS STATUTE DOES NOT LIST MAN OR WOMAN — THEREFORE THEY ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL THE STATUTES !!!

Under the rule of construction “expressio unius est exclusio alterius,” where a statute or Constitution enumerates the things on which it is to operate or forbids certain things, it is ordinarily to be construed as excluding from its operation all those not expressly mentioned.

Generally words in a statute should be given their plain and ordinary meaning. When a statute does not specifically define words, such words should be construed in their common or ordinary sense to the effect that the rules used in construing statutes are also applicable in the construction of the Constitution. It is a fundamental rule of statutory construction that words of common usage when used in a statute should be construed in their plain and ordinary sense.

If you carefully read the statute laws enacted by your STATE legislature you will also notice that they are all written with phrases similar to these five examples :

1. A person commits the offense of failure to carry a license if the person …
2. A person commits the offense of failure to register a vehicle if the person …
3. A person commits the offense of driving uninsured if the person …
4. A person commits the offense of fishing if the person …
5. A person commits the offense of breathing if the person …

Notice that only “persons” can commit these STATE legislature created crimes. A crime is by definition an offense committed against the “STATE.” If you commit an offense against a human, it is called a tort. Examples of torts would be any personal injury, slander, or defamation of character.

So how does someone become a “person” and subject to regulation by STATE statutes and laws?

There is only one way. Contract! You must ask the STATE for permission to volunteer to become a STATE-owned  “person.” You must volunteer because the U. S. Constitution forbids the STATE from compelling you into slavery. This is found in the 13th and 14th Amendments. Read more.
