Submitters, please provide us with your poster, headshot, stills, trailer and submission downloads only via FilmFreeway and/or Vimeo, 1920 x 1080. Due to “pandemic” craziness, last year’s #CIAFF2020 was held online July 24 – August 14. Last year, we received 100+ submissions. Nominees, awards and more, here.

This year, we’re pleased to announce two very special screenings. Invisible Hand, trailer, screens one night only, Fri., August 6th, 7-11 PM. The Ice Cream Stop, trailer, screens one weekend only, Fri., August 6th, 7 PM thru Sun., August 8th, 11 PM.

Subscribe to view these submissions along with all of our other great submissions for one low price, learn more, Start Free Trial.

“By screening online in a fixed-term, pay-wall enforced, official festival capacity, your submission is not earning revenue or being sold to consumers in a traditional VOD market and, therefore, remains viable for future sales opportunities.” If it’s good enough for SXSW, it’s good enough for us! We’re planning #CISFFF2021 Colorado Intl. SciFi & Fantasy Film Festival also online this year. Please consult Vimeo OTT platform for additional information, rules and guidelines. Stay up to date, sign up for our mailing list. We very much appreciate your positive reviews. Thanks for sharing our laurels, awards and posts with your Colorado-based social media to include Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

All plans and practices are subject to change without notice. All donations go toward supporting filmmakers, photographers, artists, musicians & writers. You rock! As our festival acquires sponsorship and funding, we hope to offer cash and other types of awards to talented activist filmmakers and creatives. In the meantime, submitters, judges, volunteers & award winners are automatically enrolled in Association of International Activist Filmmakers (a $100 value). You are invited to list the society on your portfolio/CV and create your complimentary profile w/ headshot, cover and link(s), here.
