Editor’s Note: Folks, this is the essence of our problem, right here: corn-fusin’ people with persons. I like Michael Moore. I like Alex Jones & Jesse Ventura. I like the ACLU; they expose a lot of corruption. But have you considered what these guys AREN’T telling you!? Here’s a recent article with a lot more info. along the same lines. Also, go down the rabbit hole here.
TSR I’ve been hearing about the concept of corporate personhood increasingly more since the start of the occupy protests all around the USA. As a Freeman-on-the-Land, I am very familiar with this concept already.

The Lamestream Media is Responsible for Confusing "People" with "Person"
It is also very clear to me that the so-called “99 per cent” seems to have this concept backwards as well. This decision to allow corporations to have the same rights as a person is absolutely irrelevant to us as human beings. So irrelevant, in fact, it would be better to just leave it like that. It sounds like insanity at first, but there are obviously a few things about money, government, and the law, that the so-called “99 per cent” aren’t privy to.

If you don’t already know, a precedent was set not long ago (I’m not sure by whom, or exactly when, but that doesn’t really matter) that gives corporations the same status as a person. This statutory adjustment allows corporations to have the same rights as a person, and that spending “money” is tantamount to “free speech”.
This allows these dreaded legal fictions to donate endless amounts of “money” to politicians, which they undoubtedly return favours for. I’m not going to get into what those favours are, too much work, use your imagination. This gives the corporate executives of the largest corporations license to do pretty well what they please, and eliminate all of the small competition. This tips the balance even further into the hands of the oppressive ruling elite.

Like Alice, Americans have gone Through the Looking Glass!
The first thing that you must remember about Canada and the USA, is that they are NOT sovereign nations. They are actually corporations (Look it up yourself, this is 100 per cent accurate), and they operate as such. The Prime Minister or the President is actually the President of the corporation. How many corporations can you think of that elect a president? When you are told you need a Social Insurance or Social Security Number to work in Canada or the United States, all that means is that you need one to work for the CORPORATION of CANADA/US (This is essentially your government employee identification number).

If this were not true, and you actually required one to work, it would violate your irrevocable right to contract which you are born with, and cannot be taken by ANYONE… EVER. The governments of Canada and the US only have jurisdiction over public servants such as; lawyers, police officers, and politicians, who are all employees of the government and essentially in service to the Crown as well.
The way the government tricks you into becoming a public servant is to sign up for government benefits or licenses (Which you do NOT require). It all starts at your birth “registration” (Here’s a little side project, go look up what the word registration actually means, and where it came from), the folks over at Vital Statistics make up a bond (birth certificate) which essentially securitizes your flesh and blood and pledges it as collateral in order to borrow more “money” from the Federal Reserve.
Both Canada and the United States are bankrupt and are already planning to pledge yours and your children’s future earnings in “tax dollars” to pay off the “national” debt.
Since there is no nation, there cannot possibly be a national debt. It is a corporate debt, which none of us human beings were responsible for incurring.
When you sign up for the corporation, you sign up for the debt. Besides, anyone who knows anything about the Federal Reserve knows that they have a monopoly on the currency, which they loan to the government at interest.
It doesn’t take an economist to figure out this literally locks both nations and their people into perpetual debt. At this point in time we are paying interest only and no principle, because this has been going on for so long. I’ve seen a graph depicting the great disparity between the interest and principle for Canada’s debt, although I can’t recall the figures, it looks like a picture of pac-man with his mouth shut tight.
I wonder if this could possibly be one of the reasons that the “Occupy” protesters are being LAUGHED at. You all volunteered for this.
This is merely the motive for the deception, as the more “citizens” that are paying, the more the Crown takes. This is also why you should never use your birth certificate as identification for yourself, as it is a certificate for an account. This is a legal fiction, and only exists on paper. Can you see where this is going yet? This change of status allows the governments to write whatever statutes they want, because there technically is no such thing as a “law” in Canada or the US.
It is also very ironic that the very technicality the law makers use to write unconstitutional laws, or to not prosecute police brutality, even though they are some of the only ones that can be held accountable, is never mentioned. The fact that they are even prosecuted in the first place is to maintain the facade of a “Court of Law”. The fact that you sign up for the licensing or sign court documents legally obligates you to be a public servant for the Corporation of Canada/US. You literally sign your life away. So this “corporate personhood” precedent is totally legal (not lawful), because the de facto statutes of Canada/US actually have the same lawful juristiction as your workplace code of conduct.
You abide by it ONLY if you wish to work there. But since you signed, you legally state that you do. Corporate statutes allow for this, as they have the exact same lawful authority and juristiction as an apartheid. This is why consent is required, if you HAVE to go to prison then why would they need YOUR signature? After the judge (banker) bangs his gavel, they will announce a dollar value that goes with the case. This is the amount you are being charged with, not out of your own pocket, but from your bond. Where else would the “money” come from?

Courts of “law” aren’t about right and wrong, it’s 100 per cent about stealing money from you unlawfully. The fact that the Crown is so desperate to steal all this money also seems super redundant. Since the gold standard was dropped in the 1970′s, money has literally not been worth the paper it’s printed on. In fact, it’s a liability for the paper it’s printed on, plus interest. When you give someone a 20 dollar bill, it is quite literally a bill for 20 dollars. So realistically, there is no money. I think they know this, and use it for control more than anything.

This is where it get’s interesting, the confusing part about the Criminal Code and the other statutes is that it always refers to the potential offender as a “person” or an “every one”. These words are redefined in the Interpretation Act and Criminal Code, respectively. A “person” is redefined as a corporation in the Interpretation Act, and “every one” is redefined as Her Majesty or an organization at the beginning of the Criminal Code.
I’m not too sure what the exact wording and location of this is in the American statutes, but it carries the same effect. So what we actually end up with is “Personal Corporatehood”, where a human’s rights are reduced to that of a corporation. But if you can differentiate between your CORPORATE SELF and your Human: Self, you can literally be untouched by all of this. Like I said, there are no “laws”, just statutes. This has existed for hundreds of years, which is why I laughed out loud when I heard people implying that this concept is new. I did say the same thing at the beginning, but for the sake of simplicity.
Now after saying all of that, let’s go back to the public outcry against “corporate personhood” and see just how little sense it all makes. So corporations (legal fictions) have been given the same rights as a “person”, no doubt to allow legal fictions to spend unlimited amounts of money to buy politicians. The politicians are then obligated to impose the will of the fictitious entities onto the government employees (you). First of all, I’m going to stop implying that some fictitious entity on paper can do anything in the real world, at all. Saying that corporations are at fault for the economy is like blaming the automobile for deaths by car accidents, rather than the driver.

Even if you did change your way of thinking to accommodate this fact, what are they really giving to the politicians anyway? Toilet paper. Remember that there is no money. Even if there was, they can give them all the money they want, it’s their freedom. Just like it was your freedom to sign up to be governed by them. No matter how much money they have, they actually have the same lawful juristiction as an apartheid anyway. So quite literally what is happening (in layman’s terms) is that these entities that don’t exist, are giving endless amounts of money, which also doesn’t exist, to tighten up their juristiction over you, which also doesn’t exist either.
As if that wasn’t enough to laugh at you, don’t forget that by your own admission, you yourself are a corporation. When you say that corporations should not have the same rights as people, they really don’t anyway. Not only that, you’re asking the government to take your rights from you (unknowingly, of course) by saying this. Not like what you say to the government matters anyway, as they are a corporation, and can operate as such.
They can pretty much write whatever they want in terms of statutes, because they are not “de jure” statutes, they are “de facto”. They are legally allowed to breach your constitutional rights (not lawfully) simply because it is YOUR own choice to work for them, and you signed a contract. What can you do if you believe your employer is treating you unfairly? Quit. Seems like a tough solution, but there are many ways to make this work for you, your oppressors are doing it. Maybe it’s time we fought fire with fire, and remember, we the people vastly outnumber these banksters. Asking the people who are purposely causing the problems for a solution will get us nowhere.
