De jure (in Classical Latin de iure) is an expression that means “concerning law”, as contrasted with de facto, which means “concerning fact”. The terms de jure and de facto are used instead of “in law” and “in practice”, respectively, when one is describing political or legal situations.
In a legal context, de jure is also translated as “concerning law”. A practice may exist de facto, where, for ex., the people obey a contract as though there were a law enforcing it, yet there is no such law. For more about this, check out Sovereignty and Corporation Nation.

The “citizen” fiction is a franchise, a corporation-of-one, which prevents “the people” from interfacing with the legal court and corporation franchises that have infiltrated the states, county, city, and all local govts. When someone talks about his or her “constitutional rights” the judge explains that the constitution is a compact, but he or she is not a party to it. The constitution refers to 1) people with a small p, and, 2) People with a large P. We, the people, recognize our unalienable rights, in the Declaration of Independence as well as the Magna Carta and the Articles of Confederation, which are founding documents for America. People control the government, not the other way around. But a “citizen” is PART OF the government, and therefore is regulated BY the government.

Strawman=Citizen=Slave=Fiction!
To interface with the fictional corporate legal system, the corporation dba the US, invented the 14th amendment, civil rights, US code, citizen=strawman, and attached all kinds of strings to this puppet. Do you feel like you are gettin’ JERKED AROUND? This is why.
However, a sovereign, real “people” commands ALL corporations, including governments, which is why some sovereigns who have separated themselves from their corporate fictions, are succeeding in legal courtrooms today.
It’s also one reason why the government is in a hurry to make all of the “illegal” immigrants=real people, into citizens; it’s one reason why the Feds just love “anchor babies” and have no intention of getting rid of them. Because citizens are IMPOTENT in the face of corporations. Another reason the Feds like immigrants-turned-citizen is because citizens=federal employees, who are BONDED. When a citizen has a bond, the powers that be are more than happy to find reasons to throw innocent men and women in jail for all kinds of victimless crimes!
Like the legendary Minotaur, we, the People have bonded with the Oppressor; we must follow the path to freedom, both spiritually and in reality.
Only the real flesh and blood man or woman has power and, like a modern day alchemist, converts the legal system into the lawful common law court it is supposed to be, the one that serves the people rather than the other way around!
Remember: “people” – blacks, hispanics, women, etc., – have unalienable RIGHTS; “citizens” only have privileges granted to us by our plantation owners!
