Ven Geancia M4F has taken on a project to follow a naturalized citizen by the name of Burt as he seeks to re-establish himself as a “people” instead of a “citizen,” as it is his natural right to do. Check out Morpheus Explains: What is a Person?

Burt chose to publicly renounce his U.S. citizenship so that he will be able to argue from the position of “a people” when he challenges laws that restrict his rights. How do peoples’ rights compare to citizens’ privileges? One should never go into court without a clear understanding as to whether he or she is there as a “citizen,” or whether he or she is there as one of the “people.”

Voting so=called rights are also not mentioned in the original Constitution. The 14th Amendment basically set the standard at all males 21 and over. The phrase, “sovereign citizen” is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration of Independence reads, in part:

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, . . .

If you claim that you are a citizen of the United States, then it’s implied, though not necessarily true, that you are subject to the laws of the United States. On the other hand, if you are one of the people (cap P or lower case p), then it is legally implied that you are a legal king or queen, an owner, with a sovereignty superior to that of the United States, and subject only to the common law of the other kings and queens, who are your peers. The people are superior to the government, but the government is superior to the citizens. Which do you want to be? You have a God-given unalienable right recognized in the Declaration of Independence and other founding documents in America to choose! Clearly, according to our own founding documents, if we want to alter or abolish any aspect of the current government, we have to be PEOPLE.

What is “standing?” This requirement is necessary to ensure that “federal courts reserve their judicial power for `concrete legal issues, presented in actual cases, not abstractions.’ ” Since this is the case, what can be more REAL than a FLESH AND BLOOD man or woman who has been HARMED? A citizen = fiction. How can a fiction be harmed? Clearly, a “people” will have standing in just about any case a man or a woman would want to bring.

Take a look at Amendment IX. Also, look at Amendment X, which reads, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Clearly, the government has no authority, and cannot assume any authority over the People.

Government powers may not reach beyond that which is constitutionally granted. In order for the government to subject people to its law it is necessary for the people to relinquish their sovereignty. Sovereignty is a natural right which cannot lawfully be relinquished involuntarily. Any removal of sovereignty must be accomplished voluntarily by the subject himself.
